Ismaila Sarr is on the verge of returning to the Premier League with Crystal Palace, having agreed to a four-year contract with the South London club.
According to The Athletic, Crystal Palace are keen to add the Marseille winger to their squad this summer. Sarr has consented to the terms of a four-year deal at Selhurst Park. However, negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing, with significant differences in their valuations of the 26-year-old.
The Ismaila Sarr Story
Since joining Marseille from Watford last summer, Ismaila Sarr has made 35 appearances, scored three goals and provided five assists. Despite his solid performance in Ligue 1, a return to England seems imminent.
Having previously spent four years at Watford, Sarr is familiar with the Premier League, which adds to his appeal for Crystal Palace. The Eagles are actively pursuing him, especially after losing Michael Olise to Bayern Munich.
While the deal is not yet finalized due to differing valuations, Palace are determined to secure Sarr’s services before the start of the new season.
