Como have officially confirmed that Cesc Fàbregas will take over as their new head coach, signing a four-year contract.
Fàbregas, who served as assistant coach last season under Oisin Roberts, played a crucial role in guiding Como to Serie A for the first time.
With Roberts moving into a board advisory role, Fàbregas expressed his excitement, stating on the club’s official website,
“I share the ambitions of the group and believe this is just the start of where this club can go. It’s going to be a tough and important season but myself and the rest of the coaching staff are ready and we all believe.”
Como will kick off their Serie A campaign with a trip to Juventus on 19 August.
